New Automated Answering System

Dear Members

Please note that the V.P. Credit union has switched to an automated answering telephone system to help serve you better. By automating this service we will have fewer dropped calls and will be able to streamline the way we answer our member inquiries. 

When you phone the credit union you will be greeted by the voice of our lovely staff member Karyn. She will give you the option to dial the person you need or to be transferred to the particular department. This will speed up the way we process member requests and will benefit our members in the long run.
