INCOMPLETE JANUARY 2020 MEMBER STATEMENTS

V.P. Credit Union sincerely apologizes for any members that have received an incomplete version of their January 2020 account statement. We have identified this to be a processing error generated by our banking service provider and are diligently working with them to achieve a timely and accurate resolution. This error only affects the statements and has no impact to your account balances or account activity. All of your account balances and activity information can be readily viewed online through our Member Direct website. In addition, should you require information or other statement information in the interim, please feel free to contact us at 604 683 2434 or by email at info@vpcu.com.

Update as of February 19, 2020 - Our banking service provider has advised us that a re-print of the affected members' monthly statements for January 2020 is in the process of being generated. Members receiving quarterly or annual statements are not affected. 

Update as of February 21, 2020 - Our banking service provider has advised us the re-print of the January 2020 statement will be included within the February 2020 monthly statement. 

We thank you again for your patience and understanding while we work toward a resolution. We will provide another update once the re-printed statements have been issued.
