No account changes until Fall
Since there’s a lot of work to do in bringing our credit unions’ banking systems together, we ask for your patience and understanding as we work toward integrating our banking system with G&F’s system in the Fall of 2022. At that time, you’ll be transitioned to our new simplified lineup of spending and saving accounts with great benefits such as discounts for seniors and unlimited e-transfers. Until the Fall though, it’s business as usual for your banking—your auto deposits, auto withdrawals and your cheques will stay the same for now. We’ll be connecting with you about any changes to your account well in advance so that you are informed and prepared.
Extended hours to serve you
You may have experienced a change in how you reach us by phone or email. As of February 1st, we have extended our hours to serve you through our Member Hub, where experienced advisors can assist you. Advisors are available for your call as early as 7am and as late as 7pm, Monday to Friday. For those who prefer to do their banking on the weekend, you can talk to us on Saturdays from 8am to 4pm.
